Terms & Conditions

Madam Melts are required to have terms and conditions available to all of our customers.

By reading this you accept all the Terms & Conditions outlined below. If you do not agree please leave this website.

We reserve the right to make changes at any time to our Terms & Conditions, without prior warning or notification. Please take note of all our Terms & Conditions before purchasing from our site.


Once your order has been placed we will prepare and send your item out to you. Please check your address before you checkout, as we cannot accept any responsibility for spelling mistakes, missed information or incorrect addresses submitted.

It can take up to 10 working days to process and dispatch your order, although we do aim to complete all orders within 5 working days. Delivery time is additional to the above and can take up to 5 working days within the UK and up to 12 working days for all international orders. This does depend on which shipping profile you choose at checkout.

You will receive confirmation of your order and then another email when your order has been dispatched. Please check your junk folder as some people have found it there. 


Payment can be made direct through the website or via PayPal in their secure environment. Please note that we do not accept cheques as payment. PayPal accept: Visa, Delta, Electron, EuroCard, MasterCard and Maestro (Switch) on our behalf.

Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received. Non-payments will result in the full order being cancelled. We cannot accept any responsibility for this and will not offer any compensation if this occurs.

Shipping Policy

Madam Melts use various shipping providers, however prefer to send all UK orders with Royal Mail. International deliveries will be sent with the most cost effective provider, which will be decided by us.

All orders can take up to 10 working days to process and dispatch. Your chosen delivery method will then be additional to the processing time.

UK deliveries will usually take up to 5 working days, international deliveries up to 12 working days, depending on the shipping method chosen.

You will receive an email stating when we have received your order and another when your order has been dispatched.

Return & Exchange Policy

High customer satisfaction is very important to us here at Madam Melts, however, if you are not satisfied you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of purchase.

Returns and exchanges can only be made if the product is in the original condition and packaging.. This covers the items being unopened, used or damaged and that the product is in a re-saleable condition.

If the items are opened, used, damaged or not in the original packaging in any way, we are not obliged to refund you.

Damaged Goods

At Madam Melts we quality asses all our products, ensuring all meet our high standards before dispatch. If an item arrives damaged or you are unhappy with you order, please contact us within 48 hours. Please contact us via our email: info@madammelts.com or via the online form to discuss further. If you contact us after 48 hours of receiving your order, we cannot guarantee the items were damaged prior to being with yourself, therefore, do not have to refund or re-issue the order.

When you contact us please provide your order number, your contact details and supporting evidence of any problems, including packaging photographs, if the item has arrived damaged. We do advise where possible to refuse delivery, if the item is delivered to you damaged. Please do not contact the courier service as they will direct you to us and then we will contact them directly, if required.

Please note that we are in no way affiliated with the fragrance company. Our fragrance oil simply smells similar to the fragrance. This includes our perfume, aftershaves and other designer scents.
